Q: Do prices include delivery and set-up?
A:

Delivery and set-up are included in our price (within the Detroit Metropolitan Area).  In certain unique situations there may be additional delivery or setup charges.  Please call us for further information.

   
Q: I would like to place a reservation for equipment. How far in advance should I place my order?
A:

Once you have chosen a date and know what you need, do not wait.  Please call us as soon as possible to reserve the equipment you need for your event.  Most commonly 2 to 3 months notice is sufficient although it depends on demand for that day.

   
Q: How do I go about placing an order when I am ready to make a reservation?
A:

When you have set a date and know what you may want, call our office at (248) 926-0296 to place your order.   We will check availability of equipment, set-up delivery and pick up dates, answer any questions you may have and place your order.  We will then mail you a proposal.  All reservations require a deposit of 1/3 of the total rental contract.

   
Q: Is it possible to set up a tent without staking into the ground?
A:

Not all tents need to be staked into the ground, however all tents need to be secured for safety reasons.  Safety is our number one concern.  Please call for further information regarding staking issues.

   
Q: Can a tent be installed on a deck?
A:

Yes, but it requires the use of a frame tent.  The tent size may be restricted by elements surrounding the deck such as entryway, elevation of deck, railings, etc.  A sight survey is required for installation on a deck.

   
Q: Do your tents include side curtains?
A:

All of the tents come with a specified amount of curtains depending on tent size.  Additional curtains can be ordered for a small charge.

   
Q: What is your policy on rain dates?
A:

We cannot cancel due to weather conditions.  We hope that your tent rental will help to alleviate unforeseen weather issues.

   
Q: What happens to my deposit if I have to cancel or postpone my event?
A:

Although most deposits are non-refundable, we will gladly apply your deposit toward a new date depending on availability of equipment.

   
Q: Will your company setup and take down furniture?
A:

For a small fee we will set up and take down equipment; however, this service will need to be scheduled at the time of your reservation.

   
Q: When dose Bos Tent Rental need my final count on equipment?
A:

Final equipment count is needed 3 business days prior to your event.  Additions are not always possible however we will try to accommodate all of our customers to the best of our ability.
